Our Region
Occupying a prominent position on the world stage in the last 150 years, coffee produced in the states of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo is among the best beans in the world, due to the climate in which they are planted and harvested.
The region has well-defined seasons: hot and rainy summers followed by dry and cold winters. This is the ideal climate for growing high quality natural coffees.
Combined with the climate, the altitude from 800m to 1300m makes the region unique and contributes to the production of excellent, naturally processed Arabica coffee. The flowering is concentrated; ripening is uniform and is accompanied by plenty of light, contributing to the excellent flavor, aroma and sweetness of coffee.
